The first call is free, runs about 30 minutes, and is a real conversation — not a sales pitch. We'll ask what's not working, what you've already tried, and what success would look like for your institution.
If we're a fit for the work, we'll explain how we'd approach it. If we're not, we'll say so on that call and point you toward something better.
